platform: one of

url or content: url or content of the creative
contentType: content type of the creative
creativeApi: one of
- None (default)

- MRAID-2.0
wrapperType: wrapper type, e.g. "external/vast". Optional
params: parameters in an array of {"param": "value"} pairs

For Temporal Ads

slotType: one of:
- preroll
- midroll
- postroll
- overlay
slotTimePos: a float value >= 0
duration: a float value > 0
baseUnit: base ad unit, "video" by default

For Display Ads

slotType: must be "display"
slotWidth: integer value > 0
slotHeight: integer value > 0
baseUnit: base ad unit, "fixed-size-interactive" by default
